Oktober Octobre
Oh dear October... no other month of the year is as special to me than you...
But what a dismal showing with only 2 posts.
I have let you down.
October has seen the strongest rally in a month this year amidst the global financial turmoil.
Trivia:
In common years January starts on the same day of the week as October, but no other month starts on the same day of the week as October in leap years. October ends on the same day of the week as February every year and January in common years only. In leap years, October starts on the same day as August of the previous year. Wikipedia

FF!
I decided to join Fitness First after Aloysius kept extolling the benefits of exercising, which were beyond physical. Plus this Gym was above the rest.. unlike the market called Cali or the con-job True.
Previously, I had to sign up for a Personal Trainer to get a body fat analysis done.
What?!
Whereas I can do it everyday at FF. Yeap, we're on initials-basis now. BFF haha
Just to keep mysef in check, I thought I post my body composition analyzer results here as a log.
I might lose this crumpled piece of paper..
First of all, this might not be accurate. I was just standing on this weighing machine.
Secondly, the lady told me that I should have done this before my workout to get a better reading.
(But I did replenish my fluids before this.)
My height could be wrong, since they just took my word for it.
My mechanical weighing scale at home has been giving me 42-43kg. Although, I am short-sighted haha.
Happily thinking that I could just gorge myself with junk.
Seems like my happy thoughts worked? or not!
I'm closer to 45kg than I thought.
Which previously gave me a guilty relief that I didn't qualify for blood donation drives ;P that dreadful monster of a needle!
Oh well, thankfully, MTVAsia was showing K-POP MTVs. Those babes with toned gams and tight buns keep me reminded of my ultimate goal. hah!
